We have a modern slaughter hall designed to the highest standards of modernization and mechanization of the processes. With an average capacity to slaughter 120 animals per hour, up to 1000 animals may be slaughtered daily.

With a capacity to produce 200 quarters per hour, this sector guarantees the supply to our deboning hall in order to obtain the final product.

With a capacity to produce 1200 quarters per shift, the hall has a large production line capable of producing an excellent finished product. We have a modern vacuum packaging line featuring the latest technology in order to guarantee the longest shelf life of the product. 

As a result of our activities, we have recently acquired a modern warehouse that can store over 900 tons of frozen product. It has six tunnel freezers with a capacity of between 18 and 24 tons and a walk-in storeroom with racks with 900 positions.
